1. Who can use the B&R Marketing System?

Bar and restaurant owners and their employees can all use the B&R Marketing System.  Our easy-to-use marketing system was created with much consideration, making sure that the software was user-friendly for everyone.  As long as you have internet access, you can easily use the program.

2. If I don't understand how to use the program, will there be support?

Yes!  We provide unlimited service and free support.  We also provide an online user guide that breaks down every tool and all of the actions performed.

3. I don't run a bar or restaurant, but I'd like to use the program. How will this work?

Yes, we have small business owners who use our B&R Marketing System, and also enjoy the simplicity of the tools and the additional money it makes them.

4. Do you offer any other programs?

Yes!  Cool Life Systems offers several specialized platforms.  Enterprise marketing businesses utilize CLS EMM, a powerful lead generation tool for the media and publishing industry.  For a larger business or professional services firm, we also provide CLS 4.0, a robust customizable platform that is used in a variety of industries.  We also offer CLS Lite for a smaller business system for those who would like an "out of the box" solution where we allow you a quick install and self-service help center.  Our Cupid System is a highly specialized platform allowing a "turn-key" complete business solution for matchmakers and those running a dating service.

5. What do I need to download to use B&R?

Not a thing.  Our programs are online and hosted by us, meaning you can access your system from any computer, without any downloads.  All you need is an internet connection.

6. I'm not happy about the content I wrote, or the logo I have. Can you help me?

CLS also features content writers and web designers that can help make your website, menus, or anything else with the look and feel you want.  We work to make you successful.

7. Is my data safe?

Hosted in SAS 70 data centers, Cool Life Systems uses the same encrypted security measures as banks (SSL) to keep your information private.
